Support assist can't do driver/software updates.

Trying to let support assist find updates to drivers and software but it fails with the message, "driver detection not available".

Uninstalled support assist, redownloaded it and reinstalled it, no help.

* What version of SupportAssist did you download and install?

I am also experiencing this issue with Alienware x17 R2 running Windows 11 Pro.

As for which version of SupportAssist ... it is the one that came with the laptop upon purchase.
