Management Console

Hello
I have been trying to install the MC on a power edge server. However, after you select which bits you want to install, it trys to download the components and comes back with an error of
You are unautorised to download
or
cannot download.
Tried on two different internet connection to no avail.
all pre reqs are done. Server dose only have 2 gig of ram not the recomended 4. Would this cause it?

    Are you talking about the Dell Management Console (DMC) or IT Assistant (ITA) ? ... I'll assume DMC, there's a great FAQ over here --> http://en.community.dell.com/groups/dell_management_console/wiki/dmc-faq.aspx
