The first thing I would do is update the server to current. The controller itself is a couple updates back as well. When the server , especially the controller gets too far out of date, you can see an increase in errors. So I would suggest updating to stabilize everything and then see if the error stops. If you let me know the server model I can get you the links you will need to update.

I will have to check the models but i was reading somewhere that you can address Raid alerts with Dell Server Manager? Is that the case and is this manager on all the Dell servers? If so how do you get to it and can it be launched from a command line
