this is my first post and I'll continue (I guess) :)

I bought a new dell latit7de st tablet. I've installed win 7 enterprise. firstly I cold not find working web cam central software.all versions are giving errorwhen I chane the resolution. secondly the mobile broadband device does not work after sleep mode. When the computer wake up, this device does not appeare in the device list even I refresh the device list. thirdly, all multitouch and touch dricers are installed but I can not use multitouch function. for example I could not change zoom with two finger in a wabpage.

I need your help an experience. thanks in advance.
