Error 0xFC0b0311 - Could not communicate with peer SP during reinit-dual execution

After using the UniityVSA Dual SP tool for deployment both Unity SP VMs are booting into Rescue Mode. Even though they identify each other's MAC address on the CMI vDS they seem to be unable to communicate. After 1800 attempts to connect to Peer it goes into rescue mode. I have tried clearing the counters with "svc_rescue_state -c" and rebooting but it still fails. Any one experience this issue?

    Hello rtoledo8023,

Is this a first-time deployment or a system upgrade?  Which Unity system do you have?

    Hello rtoledo8023,

You are using the Dell EMC UnityVSA Installation Guide while doing your install?

    Hello Robert,

You are going to want to call into support for this issue as it may require support to reset the configuration on the system.

This is actually a first attempt to deploy UnityVSA Dual SP solution in VMWare environment. We have an exisiting UnityVSA Single SP solution that has been working for over a year. We have the Unity PE license.

    Hello Sam,

I could not access the doc in the link but I am using the VSA installation guide and the Unity VSA Deployment utility.

    Thanks,
    Robert

out of curiosity - why not just re-install instead of reinit ?
