I have an Dell Inspiron 6000 running XP Prof SP2 with a long boot up problem. I have found that if I disable the Remote Access Connection Manager Service the computer will boot up okay, but then I cannot connect to the internet. It was suggested that I run HIJACK THis and post the results. I have done that and the results are below. I would appreciate any input that can be offered to help solve my problem. I have run PC Tools Spyware continuously but still have the problem. I have eliminated excess files, defraged and everything I can think of. The computer was okay once, so I must picked up something nasty that I can't get rid of. My Anti-Virus system is F-Secure that is offered by Charter Internet.
