help with virus

This is my data from hijack. Have popups from ameana and others but most ameana. Cannot block and they seem to be attached to my browers. Also will not allow me to log into websites that require log ins.... lycos, scottrade, ect..

    download and run Atribune's VundoFix, per directions here:  http://forums.us.dell.com/supportforums/board/message?board.id=si_hijack&message.id=29584

    then install  Java  version 1.5.0_06, per directions in the same link;

    generate a brand-new HiJackThis log.  REPLY here, post your new HJT log... and also a copy of your VundoFix.txt log, which should be located in your root directory, C:\

    be sure to let us know how things are behaving after running VundoFix, and rebooting.
