Thanks Midnight Star, I downloaded and ran the uninstaller and I am using IE right now with no toolbar showing up. Excellent! I will download the new HJT anyway and post a new log. I really do appreciate your assistance!

Now for the cleanup...

1.  Run "Disk Cleanup" and allow it to remove everything it finds.

2.  Run AdAware SE Personal and Spybot S&D to remove any residual things that HiJackThis cannont fix.

3.  Disable, then re-enable system restore; with a reboot in-between. Then immediately set a new restore point.

4.  Be sure to check all user accounts on that system for spyware.
