Mcafee firewall trace feature

I have Mcafee personal firewall +. When I trace an attempted intrusion the trace always ends up in central Nebraska. My computer is thousands of  miles away.  Is this normal?

    That’s a little close, mine are normally in Russia or similar.

    The none flippant answer is with the web, distance is immaterial

    Which version of Mcafee Firewall has the trace feature?

    Do you know if it also allows VPN passthru ?
