A problem with a spill resistant keyboard
I just bought a Dell Vostro 3500.... a day to come for me to turn on the pc... when l tapped on the the keys on the keyboard, none is actually working.. l have updated all the drivers but still.. the keys can’t be removed.

Yeah a drop of water fell on it... between the keyboard and the mouse pad

I am a little confused when you say the keys cannot be removed. Also was any liquid spilled on the keyboard?
I am not a Dell employee...I am forum volunteer
Serious work on an E5430 and constantly building and working on an i5-6500 Desktop
