boot vostro 15 3515 from Usb
I have created a Boot able USB for Windows 11 but the system is not booted . Please guide how to boot from USB

The flash drive is shown up as boot device when press F12 but the system is not booted. The same flash drive when connects to other laptop successfully booted.

With the drive connected, press F12 at powerup. Choose the flash drive as your boot device.
If the drive doesn't show up in the boot list, the system does not see it as bootable -- how was it prepared (it should be done with the Microsoft media creation tool)?
