2 Laptops and VISTA switch ( Basic - Ultimate)

Hi,
 
I just bought a Dell Inspirion 1501 with VISTA basic and I just realised that I need the Ultimate version for the support additional languages.
I am planning to buy another laptop with Ultimate, but would like to install the Ultimate in the first laptop. Do you this possible just to use the new CD to install Vista on the old laptop?
if not, is there any solution?

    Doing so would not be legal as Ultimate version is tied to the computer in which it came. Go out and buy an upgrade version of Ultimate if you feel you need it on both computers.
