alienwarex51r2 win 8 rebooted - Alienware software gone

I have an Alienwarex51r2 and I had some problems with it. So I rebooted the PC and everything`s fine now, except all of the Alienwaresoftware is gone. I need it and i don`t know where i can get all the stuff, i had before.

Explain what you mean by 'rebooted the PC.' Reboot means turn off and back on. I'm sure you don't mean that. Also say what operating system.

Oh,ok my english isn`t very well. With 'rebooted' i mean, I installed Windows new, so that all personal data is gone and only the usually Windows 8 is installed
