Try accessing Safe Mode (by tapping the F8 key on restart) and check Device Manager for a bad driver; you would see a yellow marking next to any device whose driver is faulty.
I get same problem, and i check hardware. I'm missing my network and video drivers, and don't know which ones to download. My msinfo.exe check just shows nothing when i try to check the display and network types. I'm also reading a sata primary drive 0 not found and sata secondary drive 0 not found and primary drive 1 not found on startup. i'm just a noob in this area of computers.
This has been fixed sorry for the unneeded post.
