I cant believe Dell doesn't ship a boor CD together with the XPS unit!! My two-month old XPS crashed and guess what? no boot cd. Now I have to wait for Dell to send me one and no computer means no business for me. What a short-sited and stupid thing to do Dell, I'm furious!

Wish I could undo my PC purchase from such a short-sited, customer hostile company. I've learned my lesson.
