I have had Control Panel issue, everytime I tried to click on it and the restriction pop up window is: "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system adminstrator". Therefore I could Not access to Control Panel. Even though I've logged on as Administrator and got into Gpedit and set to Not Configure (Disabled) but it didn't work, I also tried it in Safe Mode. I also tried to system restore but somehow this feature not working either, it couldn't restore back to any previous restore point. I'm the one who's using this laptop. This issue also prevent me from viewing Adjust Date/Time on Taskbar and I coudn't click on Add/Remove Program, View System Information under My Computer. All of these problems has giving me that same error due to restrictions. I really need help, I've been trying it for a whole week now. Does anyone know, please help. Thanks all. takecare, tu
