Cyberlink Missing after Reset
Hi - I recently worked with Dell Tech Support to reset the hard drive on my Windows 8. After resetting, I found out that Cyberlink PowerDVD, which was installed on the computer when I bought it, was no longer there and I cannot play DVDs. Does anyone know how I can get this reinstalled?

Welcome to the Dell Community Forum,
After the hard drive is restored to the Factory settings all the data will be lost and we will have to install the software's which came originally along with the computer. Please register yourself on My Dell Downloads page here http://ow.ly/ErvBS , register yourself and download the Factory default software's including Cyberlink. Click on this link http://ow.ly/ErvL3 which has video instructions on hoe to download the software's.
