Defrag.....HELP

Hi,
Own a DELL Dimension 2400esktop. During a defrag session, got the message that" some files in this volume could not be defragmented". I don't understand the term and have no idea what happened. Does anyone have any info that I can get this corrected? Thank you

    There is nothing to correct, that's normal.

    It seems to be less normal after installing SP2 . . have you done that?
