This is one of the most frustrating software packages I've used. 

I was able to enable my TPM chip and successful get that function recognized within the software.  My laptop is not part of a domain, just has two local user accounts for my wife and I.

I follow the wizard and setup my username and the domain is the local PC name.  I register multiple fingerprints and I figure I'm ready to role.  I reboot to test the functionality.  Upon a reboot I am able to successfully finger swipe to get past the Pre-boot screen.  Windows loads up and gives me an error on authentication.  I click ok and it presents me with a screen showing my username, but the Log onto section is greyed out and black.  I am forced to type in a password in this section.

I try to enroll another user that has the domain section blank.  It then asks for a password.  I add a different finger print to make sure there was no conflict.  I reboot with the Automatic Windows Authentication still enabled.  I get past the pre-boot, but when Windows loads, winlogon.exe continueously crashes.  I boot into safe mode to disable the Automatic Windows logon.  I reboot after that change and now along with the fingerprint swipe, the pre-boot is requiring me to enter the system password.

Once back into a normal Windows Session, I unenroll the username with blank domain since that was fruitless.  I keep the Automatic Windows logon disabled since that doesn't work, though I wish it would.  I reboot to see if I can at least swipe at pre-boot, then swipe again at Windows login.  Again I am asked for both fingerprint, then system password at pre-boot.  I say a few choice words and get to the Windows login.  I swipe my finger and it states that I have no enrolled fingerprints.  I won't repeat the words that were said at this point.  I login with the password and go through the enrollment process and my fingerprints are all there.

At this point I'm at a loss, and quite frustrated.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
