firewall disabled, however, it's still running
firewall disabled.
yet, it's still running.
also, I have the mobile hotspot turned off.
however, its interface (192.168.137.1) is sending multicast packets. WHY???

real-time protection keeps turning itself on automatically.
I can't trust windows 11.
