I bought a dell inspiron 6000 2 weeks ago. Everything work fine, suddenly the whole system seems like failing. Pls any1 help coz my system is getting down now.

 

I performed virus scan and adware scan frequently. Everything is fine. The last time i use my pc is to listen to music. When i turned my pc off, things is still fine.

 

The next day i log on to my pc, windows pop up a lot of things, 1st , windows ask me to update my sonic program, ask me to insert the driver disc. Then when i put in the driver disc, the windows say cant isntall, error while executing. Here is some error, y do i have to update my sonic program even it's the latest already. Then i try to off the update since the pc cant install with the driver disc dell gave me. But i cant close the updates box. It keeps coming out.

 

Then McAfee pop up a message box telling that there is some component missing from the program. So windows cant run it. I try to open it and c wat's wrong, but McAfee couldn't be open. I restarted the pc to c wheter it can be ok, but the same error persist. And the sonic update program keep popping up again. Even the McAfee box, i close it and it keep coming out.

 

I try to uninstall McAfee . But when i go to the add and remove program there, there is no Mcafee icon. So i cant uninstall and reinstall it. When i put the McAfee disc dell gave me, the cd say error occur and cant read. I thought i can reinstall even without uninstalling 1st coz i have no choice, i cant uninstall oso. But i cant even reinstall it by the McAfee disc.

 

This 2 probelms cant be fix. Everytime i on my pc the message box of errors keep coming out. I have no ways to fix this now.

 

Later i think of formatting it, then i wan to save all my data to a dvd. I have a dvd burner. Then i use the sonic installed in dell pc to burn it. Half way of burning , the process stop and a message box come out stating that the burning had encountered some errors.

 

So i insert other dvd-r to try, but at that time my dvd burner is not a dvd rom anymore. It cant identify dvd, all dvd inserted is read as blank cd, no matter is dvd-r or there is data inside.

 

I try formatting. But i dunno the way, and by formatting i m not sure the probelms can go away.

 

Now my system is failing . Thing get even worse d. Whenever i try to open my computer, internet explorer or any programs, the computer will stop there for bout 1 mins and more. Just lik not functioning , then after a short while only resume to normal. My Pc has this probelm now.

 

Now, i even get difficulties turning on computer. I wait for bout 1 mins for this internet explorer to open, then i m here on9 without McAfee antivirus coz there is error in it and cant be on. Pls, any1 help. my system is getting down now. Pls, any1 help. This is very urgent.
