logging off hangs at saving your setting

1 out of 6 user accounts hangs at saving your settings when logging off. The only  way to get out of this is to turn off the computer. It's a limited account. How can I fix this problem?

    If it used to work OK you could try System Restore or try Logging on the affected user account in Safe Mode then Logon in Normal mode again.
