I have a Dimension 8400 with Windows XP (Service Pack 3 installed) and am using Outlook Express 6 for all my e-mailing.  Recently when forwarding messages I get a blank OE error message and the message is directed to the OE Outbox in my computer and "hangs up" there even though it has been sent out.  This has caused some multiple mailings.  I have contacted my ISP and we have ascertained that my setup is correct.  If I "Create Mail" it goes out correctly.  I've run "chkdsk" with no remedy.  Any ideas short of reinstalling OE that might solve this problem?
