hi everyone just loged on and new to this forum, I have purchased a Dell lattitude CSX have just got on line with it and it runs on windows 98' windows automatic update came on whentr to start to down load, no probs, battery worning light came on so whent to plug in external power cable the machine went off, went to turn back on and every time now it comes up with ilegal error please contact vendor the say's close or details in details it then say's expolorer problem.

Please can any one tell me what to do?
