Where can I find instructions on how to un-install and re-install Windows XP. My computer is painfully slow and I can not figure out why. I think I need to start all over to clean it up. PC's made after 2004 (I believe) have a PC restore option, but is an un-install and re-install my only option for this older PC? Symptoms: It take about 10 minutes to bring up my desktop. When I try to open anything up, it take many minutes to pop up. I was going to uninstall all the programs that I can easily re-install, but after 20 minutes because of  the computers slowness, I said forget it. I didn't even get anything removed from the computer. If there is an easier way, or a way that I don't have to start completely over. please let me know. FYI, I am running XP home addition, using 23gb of the 40gb available.
