Reinstalling Installshield wizard

How do you reinstall the installshield wizard? when i go to run it....an error message pops up and says the installshield Engine (ikernal.exe) could not be installed. the system cannot find the file specified. whats that mean?:smileyindifferent:

    Try a repair intall of windows to cure this problem. This will overwrite the windows files only and leave your personal files in tact.
