Hi, I own a Inspiron 600m and I need to do a system recovery because it has been crashing.  I have already stored all my files on an exterior hard drive and I have the re-installation windows XP cd that came with it.  I just want to wipe the computer clean and start over because it won't let me download programs like itunes which I need for my ipod.  I would appreciate any help.  thanks.
