When I turn on my computer. When it gets to the log in screen, after I log in, it loads my personal settings it give me an error that the "userinit.exe" has failed. Then it goes to my desktop and nothing happens just the desktop wallpaper comes up. When I press Ctrl + Alt + Del the task manger fails to load also.

Anything I can do to fix this. It would be a lot of help. Also... I am not sure if I am even posting in the right forums or not. Thanks.
