You will normally get a low on virtual memory warning when ur computer is low on resources.This happens when u have spyware or malware running on ur system.
Do you u get pop ups on ur system ?
One solution would be to run adaware from dsvs.org http://dsvs.org/10/aawsepersonal.exe . Install and run the software on ur computer.
