Installation issues

Hello,

we have set up a new Windows Server 2019 for WMS.

Unfortunately, we are having trouble completing the installation. When we try to import the license (WMS Standard), nothing happens.

I click on “Import”, but there is no response. The “Next” button remains greyed out and cannot be selected.

Is this a known issue?

Reinstalling didn´t help.

Thank you.

    @DELL-Scott H

    so I tried a different system, etc., and it doesn’t work. I think there may be a problem with the license key.

    Today I tried to install the newest version again (5.5), and at least now I get an error message: “Enter a valid WMS Standard Key.” But I copied the license directly from the email.

    Is there a way to check the license or generate a new identifier to obtain a new license?

    Scott

    New install of Windows 2019 and WMS 2605.0.0.1463.  WMS is the only application currently installed.  Registered the server.  Received the license key.  When clicking import nothing happens and the next button is not activated. Attempted with different computers and multiple browsers.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

    @Cschneider774

    Resolved the issue by installing Chrome directly on the server.  Import button worked from there.

    Hmmm,

    I have not seen this so something else must be going on .

    Any 3'rd party security tools installed on the server?  AV/Bowser protection?

    Are all the "Dell..." Service running?

    Are you trying from the browser on the WMS VM, or remotely?

    Try it from another device
