This occurs when the laptop is in sleep mode and normal start up. Normally the Dell logo appears along with a white spinning circle, then it proceeds into Windows after it loads. The white circles are not appearing now and it just hangs on the Dell logo screen refusing to load. I have completely reset the laptop to factory settings, and it worked for half a day. Any other suggestions? The purchased warranty expired on July 20, 2019.

Updating all of the drivers through the Dell support site has worked for me. Phew! hope it works for some others too.

I have a customer who gets this error-message on several of their thin-client.

"Panic: timein - null function"

The firmware is 8.1_027.

There are no peripherals connected except keyboard/mouse.

Anyone recognize the error-message?
