Studio XPS 8100, Bluetooth parts/numbers

Want to add OEM bluetooth for Studio XPS 8100. Does anyone know where to get cable and bracket or have part numbers for these?

You can always contact Dell Spare Parts (1-800-357-3355). Have Service Tag handy.

A Bluetooth dongle might be easier because it just plugs into a USB port on the PC.

Chris M is correct on the second DP/N.

Align the Bluetooth assembly tab to the Bluetooth assembly slot in the front panel, and push the Bluetooth assembly until it clicks into place.
Connect the Bluetooth assembly cable, to the system board connector (see System Board Components).  This is likely one of the mobo’s front panel usb header

Any original Dell solution will be a very old version of Bluetooth. Also may/may-not have driver-support in Windows-10 (64bit).

Personally, I think this BT-dongle a better solution (I have this BT-4.0 one, and also the older BT-3.0 one ... both work fine).

I kno this post is dated but......... ere you using the BT-dongle, Kinivo USB Adapter BTD400, specifically with the Dell Studio XPS 8100? I can't get any external dongle to work even with a power assisted USB hub..... thanks!
