Can someone from support please contact me? I need support with an order that cannot be answered in the chat and my employer used a district email to place it. When I call customer service, I get transferred to a department with a message that says the department is closed and to call back on the next business day. I've consistently called on weekdays between 8:30-3pm. Thank you.
