Powervault 122T VS80 Error A0 and 93
We've been using this powervault with Backup Exec on our Windows 2000 server for the past few years.
The other day, our backups started failing with error codes A0 and 93. Also, veritas error alert says there is a problem with the robotic arm. Any suggestions on what I can do to further troubleshoot and resolve the issue?

Based on the info from the error codes you may need to take a peak inside the unit to determine if anything is obstructing the picker.
