PV-124T LTO3 System Error (Tape AE)
When I power cycle the device with tapes loaded in the lefthand magazine, it takes about 5 mins. before I get the error: System Error (Tape AE). The drive is then taken offline. Does anyone have an idea what this error is and what is causing it.

Unknown Servo Error
Run the Loader – Health Check test from the Remote Management Unit <ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell> or from the front panel.
If the previous step fails, contact support.dell.com

Yes, thanks for that. Dell suggested upgrading the firmware to V31 (it was on V27). So far the errors have not re-ocurred. Here's hoping!
