Caps Lock popup????

I recently updated some drivers on my D600 and now I have a small popup notification that comes up everytime I press the caps lock, num lock, or scroll lock buttons. It pops up just above the system tray in the lower right corner of the screen. This popup is a bit annoying, especially when I'm trying to work on a remote system using remote desktop because it takes priority. If you're typing, you have to stop and click on the window you were previously in to continue. I have seen a few other posts about the same subject but have not seen a resolution. I called the help desk and the tech's didn't have a clue what I was talking about!

Can anybody help?

hi! :smileytongue:

try checking the keyboard settings under the Accessibility Options in Control Panel. try to know what type of pop-up is it.

have a great day!

Tried this already, but still can't id the exact cause. All the popup shows is the status of the key being pressed (caps, scroll or num) on or off. I'm guessing it's something meant for systems that don't have LED indicators for these keys. I just want to be able to turn it off. Very frustrating to be typing away in a form on a remote desktop connection and hit the caps lock key and the focus of the open window changes to the popup.
