Pink Line down middle of screen
My inspiron 9300 has a pink line right down the middle of the screen. Does anyone know what it is? At first I thought the computer might have got too hot in the heat wave we're having, so I turned it off and left it overnight, but its still there.

If not, reseat the flex cable that runs to the display from the system board. If that doesn't fix it, the display panel will need to be replaced.
