PCHealth folder under Windows ?

On a Dell PowerEdge 2850 with Win 2003 Server Std (OEM) there is a PCHealth folder.  Is this a legit system folder ? And, if so, what does it do and can/should this folder be cleaned out once in a while ?  Apparently Dr. Watson-type errors are being written there as files.  TIA ...
