Fatal Execution Engine Error 0x7927e03e

Hi,

 

I have downloaded two programs (one the Dell Support Center 2) and the following error message came up

 

Fatal Execution Engine Error 0x7927e03e

 

Then this message in another box:

 

Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

Process id=0x4a8 (1192), Thread id=0x5dc (1500)

Click OK to terminate the application.

Click CANCEL to debug the application.

 

I clicked OK and got the following message:

 

Registered JIT debgger is not available. An attempt to launch a JIT debugger with the following command resulted in an error code of 0x2(2). Please check computer settings.

cordbg.exe !a ox744

Click on Retry to have the process wait while attaching a debugger manually.

Click on Cancel  to abort the JIT debug request.

 

 Does anyone have any experience with this? Any and all suggestions are welcome!
