Multiple OptiPlex 745 1,3,4 Diagnostic Lights

In the past two weeks we have had at least 4 optiplex 745's stop booting and show 1,3,4 Diagnostic Lights combination on the front of the computer. Nothing comes up on the monitor but the power button is solid green and the computer fan is at full blast. I have tried clearing the NVRam and have reseat all cards and cables with no success. I read the user manual on Diagnostic Lights but no 1,3,4 combination.
I thought I shoot this by you guys before I call support.

Thanks,
$DLSII$

Hi,

From all that I have Goggled and read I would say that you are having motherboard failures.

What type of 745's do you have desktop etc.

They are Optiplex 745 Desktop Computers.

Today I was messign around with two of them and decided to reseat the video card and lo and behold they started booting again. Now on the flip side we have fixed one machine by reseating most of the internal cables and hardware but a couple days later it was back to the 1,3,4 problem
