Having Problems with D-Link wireless network that worked before

Hello, I set up a wireless network in my house using D-link wireless cards. It all worked once I got it set up, now I can't print to another computer or get shared files from other computers, and I was able to before. I didn't change anything that I know of, what might be the problem here? Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
