2208wfp rev a01
What has changed between rev a00 and rev a01 for the 2208wfp? Software or hardware changes?
Because I just happen to purchase a second 2208wfp, and now I have two LCD monitors, rev a00 and rev a01.
If I place them side by side at factory settings, the colors are noticeably different.
rev a00 looks fine, but now rev a01 has some kind of greenish tint. And no amount of tweaking
in Custom Preset Mode has been able to remove it. It's almost as if its built into the LCD film.
I've tried using DVI and Analog, but the green tint is still there.

Anything about picture color?
Because all I really want is to have the colors of both monitors to match.

you might try to update the monitor with the green tint with this driver, and see if it helps-

The driver on the installation CD is dated 07/03/2007. The same CD came with both rev 00 and rev 01.
The driver from the Dell website is dated 07/03/2007 too.
This is the driver I have installed, and I see no changes since.
rev01 came out in 2008, so I don't think this driver could specifically fix anything in it,
since it is after the fact.
