F12 check

I did an F12 diagnostic check onmy Inspiron laptop and came back with error code 2000-0142

Please can you help

You have a bad hadr drive. If you can still boot to windows, backup all the data you can't afford to lose. Then call dell for a replacement if still under warranty. If not, you will need to purchase one.
