Dell Dock - Parameters for shortcuts not remembered.H

So I'm pretty new to Dell Dock. I like it more than I expected to, but I have one problem:  Shortcuts that I drag to it lose some of their settings and then the applications don't run correctly.

Specifically, if I have a shortcut on the desktop and I access its properties : Advanced, I can check a box that says Run as Administrator. This is necessary for some of my programs.  If I start a program from such a desktop shortcut, it runs as administrator, as expected.

But if I drag the icon to the Dell Dock and launch it from there, it does not run as Administrator :-(

This means I can't use the doc for these kinds of apps.

Help!
