Sound Blaster Live! 24-bit no audio problem

I own a Dell 9150. I have tried everything suggested in various treads. Unlike others I did nothing with my audio settings or unplug my cords. It just suddenly stopped working. 

 

1. I have updated my drivers(from Dell site),
2. I have tested my cables, 
3. I have passed the SB diagnostics, 
4. made sure my BIOS Audio settings are off, 
5. Audios Services are set to auto...
6. Reseat the SB card 
7. Insert in a different slot

After all this ny speakers and headphone are still not working.  I am tempted to buy a new sounds card for replacement. Please help as I need to edit a video for a client
