Inspiron 530 not working CPU beeps six times. PLEASE HELP.
I press the power button, the fan runs for a few seconds than it stops and the CPu beeps six times. the power button remains blue. WHAT DO I DO?????????????????????? please help me

Possibly the beeps are "memory beeps". They happen when your system isn't detecting memory. You may want to try to reseat the memory in your system, the steps to do so can be found on www.support.dell.com

That is a video failure. What hardware changes did you make prior to the issue?

If you have a video card installed, try opening the case, then remove and reseat the card.
