Dell doesn't Deliver

I have attempted to purchase from Dell for the past year and a half and in that time I have had only one order filled with out complications. Yesterday I had another order CANCELED by Dell.

I had to purchase computers for my business from another company last year and replaced my home system also; this is the first time I have bought a non-Dell computer in years. All because Dell can't seem to get an order filled. I am in the market for some laptops also but once again Dell can't get the order filled and so I am going somewhere else.

I just tried to purchase a camera from them and once again ... the order can't be filled and was canceled (for the second time).

 

I would like to know why it is Dell can't seem to get my orders filled? And what happened to customer service? Do you guys even remember what that is?
