i1440 drivers for REALTEK RTL8211CL NIC for XP?

I just bought a very nice i1440 and am attempting to "downgrade" it to Windows XP.  Everything works fine except for the built-in NIC... a Realtek RTL8211CL.  (and the IDT audio system)

Are there XP drivers available for this?  Or am I just seriously wasting my time, and I should go back to Vista (if possible)?
