printer colors have no blue
Can anyone PLEASE help me?! My printer will not print the correct colors.....seems to be blue that is missing. I did all of the trouble-shooting tips....at least ten times!....and put in a new cartridge. HELP?????

You are welcome, but I sure didn't have any good advice to offer.
Please post whatever you find out. I really like this printer and don't want to replace it and learn a new one!

I now have new ink cartridges snd STILL NO BLUE!!!!!!

I returned my cartridge to Dell, who sent a replacement. It now worked fine.
I would suggest you return it back to the seller & ask for a replacement.

I have a Dell 968 All In One Printer and am having the exact same issue as the one described in the preceding posts. The beginning of any page prints great, including the blue. By the end of the page, the printer is tired of printing blue and it begins to fade fast. I've tried everything and still not working. Color shows half full so it's not a problem of lack of ink. Help!

I was having the exact same issue as outlined in these posts and I tried everything without any luck. I even tried cleaning the cartridge by hand with a wet q-tip. I finally gave up and inserted a new color cartridge and its working fine now. It appears that every once in awhile a cartridge is simply a lemon and needs to be returned/replaced.
