Windows 7 x64 and Dell Wireless Utility - Low Virtual Memory

Sytem: E-series (E4300 and E6400)
Dell Wireless 1510 Wireless-N WLAN Mini-Card – E-series
A30 5.60.18.8/5.60.18.8 – Driver / Application

On the Latitude E-series I have noticed that the system will run out of memory after a period of time when using the Dell Wireless Utility with Windows 7 x64.  The Dell Wireless Utility is required in order to use the ‘Disable Upon Wired Connect’ functionality.  Terminating the “WLTRAY.EXE” and “BCMWLTRY.EXE” processes immediately resolves the issue.

I ran Process Explorer and was able to capture a screenshot at it appears that “BCMWLTRY.EXE” is the culprit.  Has anyone else experienced this?  If so what was your resolution?
